Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with our work. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services.

Cancellation

\- You can cancel a project or monthly plan by informing us on email or WhatsApp.

\- Monthly SEO plans can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation applies from the next billing month.

Refunds

\- Before work starts: if you cancel within 3 days of payment and no work has started, you get a full refund.

\- After work starts: the advance is non-refundable, as time and resources have already been used. Any extra amount paid for work not yet started will be refunded.

\- Monthly plans: payments for a month that has already started are not refundable.

\- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, ad spend, paid tools) are not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
